In the beginning you had a body, you had emotions, you had a brain, and you had a consciousness.

You started as a kid … conscious … by nature .. playful .. by nature .. and then the world slowly “educated” you .. you learned how to think.

In the beginning you thought in images … there were only images in your brain … and sounds … and dreams… there were no words …

Then came the words… that initiated you into the ways of the world … But words are a jail .. they can be liberation … but they are mostly a jail on your imagination .. on your being …

Whatever doesn’t fit into the words .. is discarded … whatever has no emotional footprints .. that gets discarded too…

But how much of that is life ?

Your mind took over, and it became all you know, all you do, all you think…

Gone is the sense of wonder, the joy, the love, the play …

Your mission is to go back to childhood innocence, to observe, to wonder, to have a sense of awe, and to play.

Not everything has to have meaning, because life is just play.

And your physical body … consider that it’s a loan to you from nature … from everything that you surround yourself with.

Every day millions of cells in your body die and you build new ones. Your organs are rebuilt, from scratch, from the food you eat …

From the air you breathe …

From the light and the sound …

From your thoughts …

From your emotions…

From the way you carry yourself …

And the millions of viruses and bacteria that lives on your skin … at this very moment …

Your body is a complex ecosystem in its own right… a cosmos .. so you better take care of it ..
